It's Friday. Where did this week go? I have added two more recent paintings that follow the same minimal design and palette as my 'Mulberry Row' seen in the post below. 'Gold Horizon' and 'Two Gold Rocks' are each 30"x 40". In a Private collection.
The commissioned painting made it back from the framers and installed in it's beautiful new home. 'Catalina's Light' is an acrylic 42"x74" modern abstract framed in a white floating frame. The actual painting was painted 48"x80" allowing for three inches on each side to be wrapped around on stretcher bars. There was so many under layers to this piece that I lost count bring each layer that peeks through spontaneous interest to this recreated piece from my original painting 'Dawn's Light'. With all of the thin under layers applied to this piece it looks like an oil painting. Thank you to my clients for sharing. _Love
